How does pricing work?+
Every new workspace starts with $100 in free credits, with no card and no sales call. After that you pay only for what Ren does: top up whenever you like, from $15. Credits are shared by the whole workspace, so there's no charge per person. If you’d rather not think about credits, Business is $49 a person a month for unlimited access. Enterprise is different: one licence for your whole organisation, priced by company size, with a predictable annual price instead of a usage bill.
Do I need a card to start?+
No. Sign up, connect Slack or Microsoft Teams, and the $100 in credits is in your workspace by the time you finish setting up. You only add a card when you decide to top up.
What happens when the free credits run out?+
Ren lets you know, and you top up whatever amount suits you, from $15. There’s no subscription to cancel and no plan to pick. If you don’t top up, nothing is charged.
Do I pay for each person I add?+
Not on Free. Credits belong to the workspace, not to a seat, so bringing in your team doesn’t add a per-person fee; you pay for what Ren actually does. Business is the per-person plan: $49 a person a month, and in return there’s no meter at all.
What do I get on Business that I don’t get on Free?+
The software is the same on both; what Business adds is the people. For $49 a person a month, everyone uses Ren as much as they like, with no credits to watch and a bill that’s the same every month for the same team. And our team works alongside yours: a leadership kickoff call with Jonathan Raymond, a named success contact who helps you roll Ren out, your competencies and practice plans set up in Ren, and a check-in every quarter on how it’s landing. Add or remove people whenever you like.
Are any features held back on the free credits?+
No. Every feature and every integration, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Zoom and Claude, works from the first day. What Enterprise adds is about buying and running Ren across a company: SSO, invoicing, a security review, your HR system, and the option to run Ren in your own environment.
When should we think about Enterprise instead of Business?+
Around 50 people. Business is month to month at $49 a person, with a kickoff and a success contact, for up to 50 people. Past that, most companies move to an annual Enterprise licence for everyone, priced by company size, which lowers the cost per person, with SSO, invoicing and a security review. It’s a guide, not a wall: if you’re smaller and want an annual licence, talk with us.
We need a predictable number for the budget. What are our options?+
Business gives you that per team: $49 a person a month, unlimited use, the same bill every month, with a kickoff with Jonathan and a success contact included. Talk with us and we’ll set it up. For a whole organisation, Enterprise is one licence priced by company size, set for the year. If you want to prove it before a company-wide licence, start with The First 90: Ren with three of your teams for 90 days, with Jonathan alongside you, credited to the licence if you roll out. Can we run Ren inside our own environment?+
Yes. That’s one of the ways Enterprise can work, and it’s worth knowing before you decide you can’t use us. Most organisations have us run it: a dedicated workspace, set up around your own language and the challenges your people actually face, hosted and maintained by us. If your rules don’t allow a third-party hosted service, or you want to own it yourselves, Ren can run inside your own systems instead, under an annual licence, with the method and every improvement to it included for the term. Which option fits depends on your security review, not your headcount, so we work it out together.
How fast can we get started?+
A few minutes. Sign up, connect Slack or Microsoft Teams, and you’re up and running with the free credits. Enterprise rollouts are usually live within a week.
Is Ren only for managers?+
No. Managers are often where teams start, because many of the highest-stakes conversations happen there. But the same help works with peers and with your own boss too: coworkers working through friction, individual contributors owning their own growth, senior leaders hearing what isn’t being said. Every level, same method.
